Living life to the ‘Max’Max Herrick, an energetic 5-year-old with a mischievous smile, knows virtually every nook and cranny at Children’s Memorial Hospital. And he should, as Max has spent nearly two years of his young life in the hospital. He’s been treated for a heart defect that ultimately necessitated a heart transplant, as well as cancer. Running a marathon is tough. Supporting Children’s Memorial is easy. Right now, create a digital footprint. For each footprint, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon will donate one dollar to the hospital. The charity that leaves the most footprints will receive an additional $10,000, so don’t delay!
