100% of all pledges raised through the 6th Annual Run for Gus 5K Run/Walk will be directed to the Young Associates Board's support of critical research centered at or collaborated through Children's Memorial. This research offers the best opportunity to develop cures, and in the meantime, to provide all children with the most sophisticated, appropriate and prevailing treatments available.
You can view information about participants who have signed up for the event and make a donation to one or more of them to support their fundraising efforts on behalf of Children's Memorial Hospital!
If you know a participant, but don't see them on the list, please contact them and ask that they send you a link to their personal fundraising page.
How will the funds I pledge help children and families?
As a charitable organization, the hospital relies on philanthropic support to sustain and enhance its programs and services. Every dollar you pledge will benefit critically ill children and their families. Donations enable the Young Associates Board to:
- Support breakthrough research in the understanding and treatment of pediatric brain tumors
- Throw a variety of parties for children who are visiting the brain tumor clinic and for those who are inpatients at Children's Memorial Hospital.
