The Interview Day

Your day at Children's Memorial Hospital begins at 7 a.m. with breakfast in the Medical Education Office in the main hospital. After a welcome by our Department of Pediatrics Chairman, you'll meet one of our chief residents for a brief video introduction to the residency program.

During the morning, you'll have the opportunity to attend our morning report conference and visit patient care rounds on the wards. You'll have three scheduled interviews: with a program director, chief resident and a faculty member. The day will culminate in the early afternoon after lunch with our interns and a tour of the hospital.

We invite all interviewees to meet the residents at an informal happy hour on Tuesday or Thursday evening.
