Clinical education and career development
Our vision
Clinical and Organizational Development is an essential partner in creating a
brighter future for all children. We enable Children's Memorial Hospital
employees to provide the "best of the best" in pediatric care.
Our mission
We partner with Children's Memorial staff to develop the skill, ability and
environment to be a leader in pediatric care, research, education, and advocacy.
We do this by integrating information on strategic direction, staff performance,
patient and employee satisfaction, and best-practices into strategies for
clinical and organizational improvement.
