Clergy collaboration

For more than a decade, Children's Memorial Hospital has been an affiliated member of the Near North Ministry Alliance (NNMA), which serves the emerging and diverse community in and around Cabrini Green. Over the years, the hospital has collaborated on many health and safety programs for churches serving the community. Most recently, Children's has participated in an annual Healthy Community Fun Fair, to promote healthy and safe lifestyles.

On the day of the Healthy Community Fun Fair, the NNMA hosts a legislative breakfast with invited city, state and national elected officials with ties to Cabrini Green to address issues and concerns pertinent to this emerging and diverse community.
