Children's Memorial Hospital postgraduate administrative fellowship program
Children's Memorial Hospital is a freestanding pediatric academic medical center. Our one-year postgraduate fellowship is designed to provide a focus on pediatric healthcare issues. The administrative fellow will work closely with the senior leadership team of Children's Memorial Hospital on operational and strategic initiatives. The objectives of the fellowship are to provide leadership training and growth, contribute to the organization through specific assignments and responsibilities, and develop a mentoring relationship for future professional development.
Application process
Candidate must have an MHA, MPA, MPH or MBA with a concentration in healthcare, or equivalent from an accredited graduate program and graduate in the 2009-2010 school year. Candidates typically have limited work experience ranging from summer internships to full-time work experience prior to graduate school. - In one page or less, address current challenges facing the pediatric healthcare market
