A tribute gift to Children's Memorial Hospital is a unique way to recognize someone dear to you, celebrate a special occasion or memorialize the passing of an individual who has affected your life.

Gifts in honor or in memory of a loved one 

When you make a gift to the Tribute Program, the family or individual whom you are honoring can be notified of your thoughtfulness with a personalized acknowledgment, if requested. In return, you can be assured your gift is supporting the excellent programs and services offered at Children's Memorial Hospital.

This is the ideal way to celebrate life's important milestones for someone you love. Whether it is a birthday, wedding, bar/bat mitzvah or anniversary, a tribute gift is a wonderful way to show your appreciation to those who have touched and inspired you. 

• Honoring your guests: A growing number of individuals are choosing to make a donation to Children’s Memorial Hospital in lieu of favors. This program allows individuals the option of several cards that can be customized and used to notify guests that a contribution was made in their honor. Generally, a three to five dollar contribution is recommended per place card.
• In lieu of gifts: Another option for individuals is to request that guests of special occasions make a donation to Children’s Memorial rather than giving a gift. The Tribute Program offers customizable inserts that can be enclosed within invitations to notify invitees of your wish.

We are honored to place your loved one's name on our Gifts of Love plaque, located in the Siragusa lobby of Children's Memorial Hospital, when memorial contributions reach $1,000 or more. The Gifts of Love plaque, dedicated each spring, serves as a remembrance for the individuals who have touched your life and inspired hope to the patients and families we are privileged to serve.
