Give the best gift possible – the gift of hope to the children at Children's Memorial. Your support will help us continue to provide the more than 113,000 children we treat each year with the best pediatric care available in the Chicago region. There are many opportunities to make a generous, tax-deductible gift that will help make the season bright for our patients and their families:

• Give now. Make a gift that will help ensure the best care possible for critically ill children and their families. Give online or call 773.880.4237. Please consider an unrestricted gift, which provides critical aid for the hospital's greatest immediate needs. Be sure to check the list of companies that match gifts – you could double your gift!
• Give a tribute gift . Consider giving a gift in honor or in memory of a friend, colleague or loved one – one that will be treasured by the person or family of your choosing. They will receive a personalized notice of the tribute gift made to Children's Memorial in their honor.

• Make a planned gift. Your planned gift to Children's Memorial can improve the lives of countless children, help achieve your financial goals and leave a lasting legacy of generosity. Planned gifts offer a variety of benefits for you and the hospital, and you can contribute while also saving on taxes, increasing your income or passing more on to your heirs.
• Join Children's Circle of Care. This coalition of philanthropists who support North America's leading children's hospitals is transforming the face of pediatric health care. Those who join or renew their Children's Circle of Care membership by Dec. 31 are invited to take part in the North American Leadership Conference & Gala in Denver in 2008.
• Start a corporate giving program. Corporate contributions play a critical role in funding a number of hospital programs, and businesses of any size can further their marketing and philanthropic goals through a corporate giving program.
• Lead a fundraising drive . There's nothing as rewarding as teaming up with others for a good cause. Organize a holiday or cocktail party, athletic event, bake sale or other event and play an important role in philanthropy for Children's Memorial in our Circle of Friends program.
• Support fundraising events. Each year, Children's Memorial and its affiliated organizations host more than 300 events to benefit the patients and families at the hospital. Whether you'd like to run a 5K race or attend an art show or gala, there's a fun event waiting for you.
• Support research. The Lurie Matching Challenge Grant for Medical Research Facilities offers an exciting opportunity for you to maximize your contribution, as transformational donor Ann Lurie will match each gift of $50,000 or more – up to $20 million!  
• Shop for kids' sake. Children's Memorial's retail operations are an important funding source for the hospital's Family Services programs. With all proceeds benefiting patients and their families, you can shop to your heart's content at our online store, the White Elephant Resale Shop or the hospital's gift shops.
