Note: Appointments for newly diagnosed or transferring patients are scheduled by the CF Center office staff. Please call 773.880.4382 and speak with our staff. You will be asked to provide a copy of your child's medical records preferably prior to your first appointment.

About Scheduling
Each satellite location has blood-drawing and basic radiology services on site. The core CF Team attends each regularly scheduled outpatient session.

At the main hospital: Every Tuesday morning and one Monday afternoon per month. When children are sick, visits can be scheduled Monday through Friday. When a patient is newly diagnosed with CF, an appointment is available within one to two business days.

In Glenview (at Glenbrook Hospital): The first and third Wednesday morning of the month. Some afternoon appointments are available on the first Wednesday of the month, depending on need.

In Westchester: The every Friday morning of the month, with some afternoon appointments on these days, depending on need.
