Sites of service

The Bridges Team is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on an on-call basis in the evening and on weekends. You can reach the team anytime by calling 773.880.4000 and asking the hospital operator to page the Bridges Palliative Care Team at extension 4900.
