Established in 1986, the Falk Brain Tumor Center at Children's Memorial was one of the nation’s first comprehensive, multidisciplinary programs for children.

Led by Tadanori Tomita, MD, and Stewart Goldman, MD, the team provides compassionate, coordinated care with experts in pediatric specialties including neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, neurology and radiation oncology and more. 

In early 2011, we will be able to offer patients access to an innovative treatment for brain tumors using proton therapy, available at the CDH Proton Center, A ProCure Center, in Warrenville, IL. 

A collaborative team led by doctors Goldman and Tomita will play an integral role with all pediatric patients treated at the CDH Proton Center, A ProCure Center, which will be one of only nine treatment centers of its kind in the United States. Learn more about proton therapy »
