The physicians in the Division of Kidney Diseases at Children's care for infants, children and adolescents with a variety of kidney diseases or conditions.

Our pediatric nephrologists are board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric nephrology. They make up the largest pediatric nephrology practice in the Midwest and are among the premier groups in the country. Each of our physicians and scientists has a unique background and particular area of interest related to the kidney; this provides patients with a well-rounded practice offering the latest in diagnosis, therapy and research of all pediatric kidney conditions. Areas of specific interest include bone and mineral metabolism, hypertension, glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, structural kidney disease, renal insufficiency, dialysis and kidney transplantation. Every year, members of our division travel across the country and around the world to share our research findings and clinical expertise.
