Frequently asked questions
What are your hours?
What should I bring with to the gait or clinical upper extremity appointment?
Are there any restrictions to the gait or clinical upper extremity tests?
Will the evaluation hurt?
No. The tests performed at our Motion Analysis Center are non-invasive, pain-free examinations. The reflective markers used are essentially stickers and the electrodes are held onto the skin simply with paper tape. We make every attempt to make patients feel comfortable and they are given our undivided attention while at the Motion Analysis Center. As the parent of a 6-year-old patient wrote us, "You all were so compassionate and really took time with my daughter. You helped her feel right at ease during the test. It makes me happy to know that the children are in your kind and capable hands."
