What are your hours?

What should I bring with to the gait or clinical upper extremity appointment?

It is important that you bring elastic waistband shorts and a t-shirt to wear during the test. If you do not bring them, we may ask that you wear your undergarments during the evaluation in order to allow for optimal placement of reflective joint markers and electrodes. Also, please bring your braces and/or assistive device (i.e. walker or crutches), insurance card, prescription, and completed questionnaire.
