Can physical and occupational therapy evaluations be done during outpatient appointments?

Our Wednesday afternoon outpatient services include both occupational and physical therapists who are available to complete evaluations and formulate treatment plans. In addition, physical therapists are available on some Thursday afternoons and at most of our satellite offices.

What kind of insurance do you accept?
