What are your business hours?

Our offices are open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments for new patients can be made by calling our KIDS DOC department at 1.800.KIDS DOC.  Appointments for returning patients can be made through our office at 773.880.4360.

When do your outpatient services operate?

Can physical and occupational therapy evaluations be done during outpatient appointments?

What kind of insurance do you accept?

Will you inform my pediatrician of your opinion and treatment plans?
