It serves as the portal for the hospital's Level 1 pediatric trauma center, and is supported by a broad range of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties, and state-of-the-art diagnostic services. The hospital also offers an Urgent Care program. Staffed by board-certified pediatricians, it bridges the gap between acute illness and injury services provided in a physician’s office and the higher acuity needs served by the ED.
