Office hours:

Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Appointment scheduling:

Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call 773.327.3710 to schedule return visits only . Call 1.800.KIDS DOC to schedule a first-time visit.

Prescription refills:

Please allow 48 hours for prescription refills.

Please allow five business days for completion.

When the office is open:

An on-call physician is available every day.

Please call the main office at 773.327.3710 to leave a message.

How to reach a physician when the office is closed:

Please call 773.327.3710 and follow the step-by-step instructions on the answering machine (press “0#”) to leave a message for the on-call physician.

After 10 p.m., if there is an emergency, please go to the emergency room or call 911. If your call is not an emergency, you may leave a message on the answering machine and your call will be returned on the next day. Alternatively, you may wish to call your child's primary care physician. If needed, your primary care physician or emergency medicine physician may contact the on-call physician after hours through the hospital operator at 773.880.4000.
