Primary care in Lincoln Park

Our primary care physician office located at the Lincoln Park facility provides comprehensive healthcare to children in the community. Our primary care services include check-ups, back-to-school and sports physicals, immunizations, vision and hearing screening, and care when your child is sick. Care is provided by pediatric staff residents who are supervised by attending physicians from Children's Memorial Hospital.

Appointments are available Monday afternoons through Friday mornings. New patients are scheduled through KIDS DOC. To make an appointment, call 1.800.KIDS DOC (1.800.543.7362).
