Membership and eligibility requirements

CCPA Purchasing Partners, L.P. is a limited partnership. By definition, limited partners enjoy limited liability. The only exposure your practice would have as a limited partner is the dollar amount you invest to join. The three partner categories are:

• General Partner: CCPA (the IPA)
• Member Limited Partner: belongs to both CCPA and CCPA Purchasing Partners, L.P.
• Non-Member Limited Partner: belongs solely to CCPA Purchasing Partners, L.P.

Any physician who is licensed to practice medicine in Illinois, Indiana or Wisconsin is eligible to join CCPA Purchasing Partners, L.P.  A $10 initial capital contribution is required for each physician in your practice. There are no annual dues.  Once your practice has joined CCPA Purchasing Partners, L.P., you will be linked to the preferred vendor contracts.  However, it is entirely up to you whether you want to access a contract.  Your practice’s investment in CCPA Purchasing Partners, L.P. will ensure you can access new programs as they are added.
